I appreciate everything the staff at the Oberlin Rd Avance have done to support me in being healthy. I actually travel more than 30 minutes to get to the facility because I trust them with my health.

Had a great experience with my provider, Chivas, and his teammate Ashlyn. They make patients feel like more than a number, and take the time to listen to our concerns. (Some admin stuff has been a PITA, especially being transferred from a non-corporate office to a corporate one. Hopefully, we’re past all that now.)

You tried to help me when I felt very sick and the reception tried to get find a practitioner who was helpful (Lisa Fields). Bad experience : There was something else I noticed that my provider Dr Leona Miller came to the reception desk without paying attention to me even she saw and didn’t ask me why I was there or ask about my health. I used to love it here. Dr Brayboy was the best Dr I've ever had- I saw leonna Miller this visit and she was so disappointing. She rushed me, commented rudely on my blood pressure and ignored my requests- I need a sleep study and have had a sinus issue for a month; she dismissed me and said she'd refer me to an ENT... From the billing and check - in to Lisa Fields P.A. Everybody was freindly and heloful .
The blood pressure monitors at Avance do not reflect the readings I have experienced for 10 years in various offices and hospitals. My systolic was reported 30 mmHg lower, even after repeated attempts with different monitors at Avance. I had it checked the day before going to this practice at UNC Rex ER and checked it again immediately upon returning home from Avance. Both readings indicated above acceptable Systolic blood pressure (155 vs 125 at Avance)!!!! What is gained by having inaccurate blood pressure monitors?

Do not get a pap from here. Terrible experience in my 40 years of getting them. I had to tell her to stop, the pain was unbearable. No apology and didn’t even get it done! I hurt for hours

I am really happy with the practice Dr Miller and the staff are excellent
Your staff very cordial and pleasant as always. Madison and Lindsey,.P.A. very helpful and through. I really liked the new PA that was working with Lindsey also. I really like your office and staff. Therefore I will refer new people to you.. every chance I get in the future.
