Your whole staff is excellent. I really like Dr.Delbano. She is so caring and knowledgeable.I really do like her as my primary care provider. She is very through and analytical as to your symptoms and what needs to be done next.

It took me 1.5 months of phone tag and canceled appointments to finally get an appointment.
No response from calling for medical question. Two days wait, put on hold & waited another 10, then again put on leave msg. Why can't a call be returned... Need info on dosage that changed for some reason.
I scheduled a virtual appointment because I got COVID for the second time and I have asthma. After my appointment with the nurse and after the office business hours I received a message saying I had to contact avance care and provide my mailing to get my prescription. I am waiting the office opens again to get my prescription and while this happens I am getting worse without a fast treatment. I’m very disappointed because when I most need avance care wasn’t fast and accurate enough.

I keep coming back after bad scheduling experiences because I’ve had good providers. I’m done now. I don’t believe my new doc was able to invest the time nor rewarded for curiosity. I came home feeling frustrated and unseen. Also feel like there might be a serious issue that could be overlooked because a system that seems to be based on quantity and not quality of work. I was given pain killer medication, and my blood work was not reviewed!

This is for the Briar Creek office. Som of the most incompetent staff I have ever come across. They never call back and they do not look into situations they say they will. They made me sicker- not healthier.
We visited this hospital for a blood titer for my son. Dr. Delbono and the nurse were great. However, the women who tried to draw his blood were TERRIBLE. I understand that it is difficult to take blood from a child, but they were unprofessional and uncaring my son. They could not take any blood from him, and blamed him for their mistakes (moved a lot and not well hydrated). Of course he was crying during blood collection, but he did not move much and was not dehydrated! Very disappointed.

I came to write this review because I was just told for the SECOND time AFTER MY ARRIVAL that I needed to reschedule my appointment. First, I went there last week for my appointment. I filled in all of my forms ahead of time, and I uploaded my insurance information to the portal per their request. I also arrived 20 minutes early still, even with my info uploaded. Injured my foot this February and after a few weeks of still being in pain decided to get an xray in March to make sure everything was ok. Got an xray, doc said it was all fine and printed off diagnosis papers from the internet (I could have done that and did before coming in) and said it'll just take some more time to heal. Left feeling good about the xray "saying" everything was fine but kind of disappointed with the care/next steps from the doc since I was in pain.
