Jake Fratt gave us a fantastic experience Jake was the only person I worked with as advertised. There are no secrets. They show you on the monitor as they price and configure and finance your vehicle. What you see on the screen is what you get. My sales person, Adelina was so amazing, professional, and very friendly. She made the entire process so easy and stress free for me plus I got an unbelievable deal for a brand new 2019 Toyota RAV 4 LE. The warm welcome and concerns from other staffers were incredible.
