Comfortable and helpful! Maribel was very kind and did not pressure me. I asked lots of questions before, during, and after the test drive and she was phenomenal and very patient with me. I did not feel pressured to take the truck home today, but when I'm ready to purchase I will definitely be coming back! Kimmie greeted me within 5 minutes of my arrival and was very kind!
Home Buying Experience We just purchased a 2019 CHR. Kimmie Stewart was able to locate the exact model and color we were looking for. He graciously offered to complete the paperwork at the dealership, and then he delivered the car to our home. We were able to sign the papers in the convenience of our home. Flawless experience with Deb Sims! I called the morning of 6/26 about a used Tacoma on the lot and Deb took my call. She was incredibly informative and up front about information so I made an appt to come and speak with her. She allowed me to test drive a brand new Tacoma, found it in a color I love and I was out the door in a few hours start to finish. She even facilitated me getting a lower percentage rate that I was crossing my fingers for. This is my first experience with Toyota and I'm happy I came to see Deb.
