Life changing experience I went to this specific dealership soley for routine car maintenance. While waiting, a very nice gentleman went out of his way to ask me how I was doing, and after a quick introduction Jake proved himself to be incredibly authentic and genuine. He asked me what I thought about the Rav4 and I expressed that I love it but was sad that I missed out on the 2019 model. Great Experience! Jake and JP were fantastic! This by far was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Jake assured me that they would have no hidden fees and the deal that was told to me over the phone would be the deal I would receive and he was right. Dealing with one individual through the whole process is the only way to go. They are not paid on comission I was not pressured at all through the process and it took about 45 min for the whole process. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.
Relaxed buying experience, low pressure I came in around 7:30pm on a Friday night wanting to trade in my car for a new Tacoma. Sales manager Scottie Williams was incredibly friendly and polite and made the entire experience low stress and simple. He paid attention to my financial concerns and really did what he could to help me get the deal I wanted. Overall, it was a great experience. Thanks Scottie!
