The service in my car was ok but the wait was insane. 2 hours just for it to be inspected then another 4 for actual servicing? The wait time is something they seem to struggle with and is a bummer. Uber home even if they say it won’t be long

I went in with a squealing serpentine belt and needing an oil change. Daniel popped open the hood as soon as I got out of the car and showed me the signs of wear on the serpentine belt. So, I knew up front that I would probably need to replace it. Later, he reviewed the inspection with me and allowed me to make the call on which items to prioritize based on safety and finances. Great service. Exactly what we needed.

Ok experience the person that was in charge of my service was not ready to greedme at ariveing I drop off the car to get service and I text him to see if the car was ready never responded back .. I pick my car back and like 20-30 min he responded with a text that the car was ready to the wrong phone number(wife) phone

Avondale Toyota is the only place I take my 2014 Toyota Tundra to get serviced. I enjoy how everyone is very professional, and they know how to take care of me. The reason why I keep coming me back is because they know how to connect with a customer. JR and Cejay from the services department are amazing at what they do.
