I live in Salt Lake City, saw a vehicle that I was interested in, I made contact with Valentino, we were able to hold the car over the phone, I flew down to Phoenix. The next day, ride was arranged for me from the airport and I was eating out of the dealership in 30 minutes, Valentino, personable and professional.

Started looking for a 2023 Highlander hybrid eight months ago. Tried every single Toyota dealer in the Phoenix area. Only Tommy at Avondale would sell a car at MSRP. Valentino was great and made our transaction very smooth. It’s already a big decision to make and he subtracted the car salesman pressure that we normally are used to when purchasing a car that normally makes us dread dealerships. We didn’t feel this way at all with Valentino or Avondale Toyota. It’s a plus that he shows you all of the numbers of the screen! Thank you so much
