Amazing service. We needed a car ASAP and Valentino got us a lease the same day. He put in the time to explain the lease process and terms to ensure that we felt comfortable, and I could tell that he was an expert at what he does. Heavily recommended.

I NEVER write reviews unless the experience is over the top (either good or bad). I am also as skeptical as anyone of buying a new car at a dealership. Valentino and Avondale Toyota break the standard mold when it comes to the dealership buying process. They advertise as never selling above MSRP and no hidden games, and that's exactly what I received.
