Great experience. My wife and i went to look at some cars and ended up taking a pre owned car. Scott Williams we met when i was looking into a truck and they had a nice trucks on the lot, ended up buying else where since i got a great deal, but was impressed with Mr. Williams and how he took care of us even though i didnt purchase a truck there. I will go to this location only to speak to Mr. Williams. Great service and was never pushy at any point to sell us anything.
Excellent service We bought a RAV4 so quickly and effortlessly it felt that we were not actually buying a car. Previous experience made me dread car buying, but Scott Williams made the process easy and as fast as possible. He was straightforward and kind, and he answered all of our questions with patience. He even taught me how to use the features in my new car! I was very pleased with our experience and will likely go back to Avondale Toyota the next time.
Great job after bad experience at 3 other dealerships I had been to four dealerships to get a new Prius and got jerked around at three of them, bad experiences and I had no confidence in any of them, I was constantly being manipulated. In my opinion three of them lied to me. Avondale was my fifth try and a completely different experience. 2016 Camry XSE My experience was positive and well taking care of. Scott Williams Senior help me with all my questions and never too forward as past experience I had with other carlots he was more interested in making sure I choose a car that I would like.. He was also able to get me some discounts and programs that I would of never knew about. I would highly recommend Scott Williams and also the Toyota family!!!

Excellent Teacher! I am a retired teacher, but not very "techy" I really like all the features in the 2016 RAV4 technology package, however, I had no idea how to take advantage of all the safety, convenience, and informative features. Best experience in years. We had just come from another Toyota dealership and had probably one of the worst and most interesting experiences and I was ready to give up when my wife says "why don't we just stop by Avondale and talk with them?"
