Awesome buying experience My wife and I bought a Toyota Highlander from Avondale Toyota. It was the best car buying experience that we ever had. We have never been to the dealership itself. Andy Price drove our Highlander to our house and ended up driving away in our trade-in. Very honest and upfront about all costs and fees. We highly recommend this dealership!
Awesome experience! My best experience to date for leasing a car. Scottie Williams is the best! He's knowledgeable, very personable, professional, and a super nice guy. The process was quick and painless with some great conversation in between. I'd recommend Avondale Toyota and Scottie to anyone looking to buy or lease a new car.
Just ok Overall it was an okay experience. Appreciated not being hassled by numerous sales people. However, the "general" sales manager said he would be available 24/7 and gave us his card along with his cell phone number. We have tried to reach him twice. No answer and no return calls after leaving voice messages. He also said he would introduce us to someone in the service department and did not and still has not. Very disappointed in that!! My second purchase from Avondale Toyota and Tommy Severado Last February I stopped at Avondale Toyota to look at new Siennas as I was planning to buy one later in the year.
