Happy Customers Kimie was fabulous. He patiently answered all my questions, no matter how frivolous. His focus was on us as people, not as a money target. We didn't have to bother with haggling for a fair price. Kimie was very personable and relatable. It felt like meeting with a family member to discuss buying a new car. The complimentary snacks and drinks made a great difference as we had to wait for paperwork to be processed.
We were well taken care of. We arrived early and were greeted warmly by an associate. Kimie Stewart showed us the selection of RAV4 in the lot. We were upside down on our trade in, but Kimie was able to help us find the right RAV4 that will fit our budget. He was incredibly patient and helpful. This is our 4th Toyota purchase through Kimie. Just went to look.... Ended up buying. I went to Avondale Toyota to help my girlfriend buy her first car. She had never been to a dealer before and we just went so she could test drive a vehicle or two and determined what she liked. Kimie Stewart went Above and Beyond Kimie Stewart went that extra mile to find me the car that i really want. I bought a Blue Stream Scion TC. I was trying to get out of previous vehicle and Kimie gave me all of my options that would best work for me and my family. Extremely satisfied I have purchased my 4th vehicle at this dealership. The salesperson Roberto Michel was everything I could ask for. No pressure sales; listened to my needs for a vehicle, directed me to all available, and then calculated and recalculated at my request until I was satisfied. The meaning of "the extra mile " This review is for Carlos in the service department. I went last Saturday just to ask a question. Could I go to Flagstaff the next day with the "maintenance required " light on? It was almost 3:00 o'clock and they were about to close and Carlos noticed my mileage of almost 10,000 miles and told me to don't worry, they were going to service my car and it was going to be ready in about an hour and a half.
