I purchased my last new car at Avondale Toyota in 2006. The experience was what made me return. I told Tommy at the beginning that I was going to compare RAV4, CRVs, and Jeep Cherokees. I LOVE the no pressure, despite the work Tommy did, and I HATED the experience I had at the Larry Miller Jeep next door. (which Tommy so graciously referred me to) BUT I went home and did some comparison figures, and decided on the Jeep. I had been communicating with Reggie for a couple of days. I finally scheduled and appointment for Friday. I had some last minute changes in my schedule, but Reggie was kind enough to speak to me on Thursday. I was looking for a Tacoma. There's really no haggling because the numbers are right in front of you. The best part is working with just one person, you don't get handed off to different people. Jake is awesome, patient, and very welcoming. No pressure to buy add ons, and this Toyota location is like a MI Casa, Su Casa type of feeling.
I was stuck with a truck that I inherited and didn't like and stressed about it everyday cause my money was going towards something I didn't love and I just tried to see what can be done and Tommy helped out tremendously and I am so in love with my new truck and stress free now. And It wasn't an all day thing which was really good.
