Absolutely phenomenal experience at this dealership. Reggie and Elgin did everything in their power to make sure I ended up in the right vehicle. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from Reggie and will be referring others to him in the future.
We came to get our new car serviced for the first time and just wondered around to kill time. Valentino was terrific, start to finish. The dealership has a great process. Valentino acts on behalf of the dealership as both the Sales and Finance Manager. We found the car listed online. The dealership is not close to our home. Unlike poor experiences at other dealerships, Avondale was completely the opposite. The car was there, I asked for Valentino to inspect it, he sent me a video and pictures and endured me that there were no issues that were “hot buttons”, like the smell of smoke or weathered interiors.
