Tommy made the purchase easy. I was able to get everything I needed and wanted in a vehicle with very little effort on my part. He is knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. It was easy to trust him. I went in for service on my older car and left with my new car before lunch. Dealing with one person makes the process so much more comfortable.
Bought my certified 2019 Prius prime from Reggie. It was all a remote process as I live in Texas. Reggie took an extra video for me of the Prius and went out of his way even before he knew I was going to purchase and was not just kicking the tires. The car arrived as described without any surprises that would diminish the experience. Got a follow up call to make sure it arrived even though I arranged the shipping. What a Pleasant experience. Deb Sims was not only my Salesperson, she was the only one I dealt with until I drove my New RAV4 of the Lot. Definitely the Best Car Buying experience I have ever had (and there have been quite a few new cars in my life)!
