This was my 3rd dealership Bell Toyota and Peoria Toyota and Avondale my last. Luis Cuevas cared about what I needed the other 2 wanted to make money. I get that but customers are the only way to make a business thrive. Luis was down to earth did his best he could do for me and I am a proud owner of my new car
Extremely awesome experience from start to finish I’ve been to 3 other Toyota dealerships in the past and this was the best experience. Jacob Fratt is extremely knowledgeable I live in Tempe and I would definitely continue to drive out here for future purchases. It was the smoothest car purchase I have ever made and was in and out in about an hour and half. I worked with Reggie Miller, found my truck online and he responded to my inquiry for an appointment quickly, made the process easy for me and stayed late to make sure the vehicle was ready to go home with me and was cleaned up. I appreciate his honesty and options he gave on the truck and he even helped get service needs handled by sacrificing his own time and coordinated with my schedule.
