Jake Fratt is hands down the most FABULOUS salesperson I have ever worked with. Honest, intelligent, straight forward, efficient, knowledgeable, and just simply enjoyable to work with! Out of the five star rating, I'd say Jake is a a 10! :) Before we made the drive to the dealership, we were completely debriefed on all aspects of the process and the total out-the-door price - NO surprises! Luis provided the best car buying experience we have ever had. Honest and upfront and no sales pressure. We live an hour away and he sent us more pictures as we requested and we were able to put a temporary hold on the car to look at it the next day all in about 20 minutes of our first phone call and knowing the out the door price. This was by far the easiest experience buying a vehicle ever. The price was very fair and they hit my monthly payment perfectly the first time. Valentino was beyond helpful and very knowledgeable through every step. Valentino alway answered questions quickly and was sure to describe every detail!
