If you're looking for clear communication and reliable follow-through, I would look elsewhere. My experience has been frustrating and disappointing. It's been over a month since I was told my check was sent, yet I've received nothing--and despite multiple attempts to follow up, I've gotten no response. For a firm that takes nearly 40%, I expected a far higher standard of service and transparency.

Don't bother hiring this firm they can't even give the courtesy of a callback I was told I would get a call back Monday or Tuesday. It's now now been two weeks. No callback received. I left four messages.

These people are the worst! I've been lied to for a 1 1/2 yrs . I've been passed around from person to person. Everyone has a different story. I was a passenger in Uber & was rear ended. I was told we would be suing Uber, the driver that hit me & my driver. Well they never looked into insurance limits etc . They kept sending me to doctors & I know owe close to $70k in med bills. High fees and they add their own additional cost. Firm also has you pay a 350 fee for them to use AI instead of writing their own demands. Each case is different but definitely I feel I could have had a better outcome with another firm. They gave me less than 20% of the settlement but there was potential to work up the case. Really no client to attorney/case manager relationship. Hard to get ahold of unless you call multiple times and be a "needy" client. If you expect to do most of the work to gain fair compensation/justice in your case, then Avrek is the perfect firm for that. Following a car accident in 2022, I ended up doing the bulk of the work to get FULL COMPENSATION for my property damage. Meanwhile, Avrek essentially stopped working after resolving the personal injury aspect of the case, from which the firm makes its money. You will have to constantly call for any kind of update on your case. seems to favor defense firm instead of strongly representing your case. More bark than bite.

Do not recommend this law firm unprofessional unresponsive... should have called Sweet James
