Where do I start? I was involved in a serious car accident last year and I had no idea what I was going to do. I was first referred to an attorneys office in Los Angeles and after 6 months of them working on my case, they sent me a letter saying that they could not help me. SO ANNOYING. Have been calling me nonstop despite me blocking them from multiple numbers. For all the reviews stating they haven't gotten callbacks and haven't heard from them: it's because they're busy calling me every single day.

I began working with Avrek Law Firm on October 7th, and as of today (February 2nd), I have received no meaningful updates or progress on my case. I have fully complied with everything they've asked, pain management, chiropractic visits, paperwork, calls, mileage, time away from work, yet my case appears to be in the exact same place it was four months ago. If you're looking for clear communication and reliable follow-through, I would look elsewhere. My experience has been frustrating and disappointing. It's been over a month since I was told my check was sent, yet I've received nothing--and despite multiple attempts to follow up, I've gotten no response. For a firm that takes nearly 40%, I expected a far higher standard of service and transparency.

These people are the worst! I've been lied to for a 1 1/2 yrs . I've been passed around from person to person. Everyone has a different story. I was a passenger in Uber & was rear ended. I was told we would be suing Uber, the driver that hit me & my driver. Well they never looked into insurance limits etc . They kept sending me to doctors & I know owe close to $70k in med bills. High fees and they add their own additional cost. Firm also has you pay a 350 fee for them to use AI instead of writing their own demands. Each case is different but definitely I feel I could have had a better outcome with another firm. They gave me less than 20% of the settlement but there was potential to work up the case. Really no client to attorney/case manager relationship. Hard to get ahold of unless you call multiple times and be a "needy" client.
