It's a lawyer or a liar like any other. Does not return calls,does not answer the phone. Supposedly their answer machine says that they will return the call in 24 hours and in my case more than 2 months have passed and they did not return calls until I told them that I would look for another lawyer. The chiropractic asked me if I had talked to the lawyer because they haven't answer calls or messages. The worst company I've ever worked with in my entire life. These hooligans dealt with my case for the passed two years and within those two years I've had on going problem with almost all of their employees. They switched my case worker 15 times. They were almost all rude with absolutely no customer service skills. Please stay away from this company. You can't get any worse than this place.

Very poorly and unfortunately very unpleasant and unprofessional They talk a good game and then they want you to do their work dont waste your time hire any other lawfirm for representation this clowns like to waste your time and play with your claim and settlement and the attorney is SATYEN SHAH case is under may name just so you know

I was in a motorcycle accident with my boyfriend back in 2017 that fractured 4 vertebrates in my back & 5 on his back. It was a very easy case A car ate a stop sign & admitted it on scene. I chose avrek to take this case due to all their high reviews and the way they treated us when we arrived. Promising the best therapy, doctor recommendations, the whole 4 yards! Reading the reviews, I was really excited to try this company. Unfortunately it ended up being a waste of time. They butter you up with promises that they (or a "partner firm") can help you, but I have yet to receive a call back. Went ahead and did business with another firm who began taking care of business right away. What a shame....

Avrek took my case when I was rear ended on the freeway while driving. I was pushed through the guardrail down an embankment. My car was totaled and it was a miracle I was not killed or seriously injured. I was sent to a doctor for a consultation. His bill for a 3 minute visit is $1500.00. No joke I was there for less than 5 minutes. Caltrans, along with myself have to be paid from the liable parties insurance. This leaves me coming out on the losing end because the liable party had minimum property damage insurance.... read more
