Avrek took my case when I was rear ended on the freeway while driving. I was pushed through the guardrail down an embankment. My car was totaled and it was a miracle I was not killed or seriously injured. I was sent to a doctor for a consultation. His bill for a 3 minute visit is $1500.00. No joke I was there for less than 5 minutes. Caltrans, along with myself have to be paid from the liable parties insurance. This leaves me coming out on the losing end because the liable party had minimum property damage insurance.... read more
