I shared a special reunion dinner with a dear friend at Bacchus. The food was delicious and gorgeous! We chose 3 small plates to share, and an entree each, plus dessert. The portions were perfectly sized, small enough to enjoy each taste and leave us wanting more. By the time dessert was finished, we were quite full, but not stuffed, and absolutely thrilled with our choices. Neither of us are drinkers, so the price was quite reasonable, even with all our indulgences. Overall a wonderful experience!
This is our favorite in Milwaukee. The service (especially fro John our favorite waiter) is impeccable and the food is always wonderful. Love the atmosphere. Always makes for a romantic night!
I wanted to surprise my gentleman companion with a nice dinner in Milwaukee. We'd come here before on a whim and had enjoyed it immensely. Happily our memory was not disproportionately good. Phenomenal food. It's an expensive dining choice, but it's worth it for a special occasion. It's upscale and comfortable.
First time dining at Bacchus, it was valentines day. Service was fantastic but a little disappointed in the food. Our Filet & NY Strip were average at best, vegetables were way over salted and potato was a little bland and cool. Overall, Ok experience. Probably won't try again but glad we gave it a shot.
My wife and I enjoyed Bacchus for the very first time and we were not disappointed. The ambience was terrific. We were greeted by wonderful hosts. Our seats were excellent. Our wait staff was attentive and courteous. We particularly enjoyed the Valentines day meal special with wine parings. The Sea scallops and NY Strip with the raspberry chocolate dessert. It was so light, airy and full of flavor. We had a delightful time and will be back to Bacchus again!

Upon entering the restaurant, the doors opened automatically whic was great because it was freezing outside! The ambiance was very romantic but was a little loud. Since I visited on Valentine's Day, I understand it was a booked night. I ordered the Porterhouse for two. It came with creamed potatoes that were delicious and sautéed spinach and mushrooms. We gave Bacchus an A+ all around. The service was quick and the staff was friendly. The atmosphere was romantic yet suitable for group dining as well. Best of all was the meal and we savored every bite. We had a wonderful experience at Bacchus and will be visiting again.
My daughter and I had a wonderful first experience at your restaurant when we dined there for her 21st birthday. Pleasant and informative service, elegant atmosphere, and fabulous food.
