Bacchus never disappoints. The food and service was perfect.
Always happy with our experience here. The style of ordering your entire meal course meal up front makes for a more intimate and relaxing eating experience. Dishes are presented at the right time without interruption. Great job making the COVID restrictions feel professional yet not distracting from the experience. Valet man even had our car warmed up when we walked outside. Prefix menu may scare some if they can’t make decisions on what they get to eat but we enjoy trying new things and are always happy with every dish!
The tasting samples were amazing, the atmosphere is lovely, and the building is interesting. My only suggestion to the staff would be to briefly go over what's in/on each plate so we could more thoroughly enjoy the chef's work.

Great service and food - atmosphere is a little bland but made up by the service by far!
Haven’t been to the restaurant since the remodel. I was praising the ‘famous Bacchus’ steaks to my out of town guest and made reservations for 8:45p. Was surprised and disappointed when our waiter informed us that the kitchen closed at 9:00p and our menu options were limited (3- or 5-course) meals. The famous steaks were NOT on the menu. Overall, our dining experience was good, the food was delicious, and and our server, Allen was outstanding.
The food at Bacchus was cooked well, but every dish we received was extremely salty. Nothing we needed to send back but definitely close. The other disappointing aspect of our dinner was the service. We had two waitresses taking care of us and were overlooked throughout the night. Our water glasses were continuously empty and we had to ask two separate time for them to fill them. Once they dropped our food off they never checked in to make sure everything was good. Both waitresses regularly walked by our table and didn’t giv... read more
Although good, I expected the quality of the dishes to be much better than what we experienced at this price point. The swordfish was overcooked, and the mussels were sandy. The broth was also over seasoned. The flat iron steak was cooked well and the flavors were good, not great. There are better restaurants in the city doing much more creative things with their dishes than what is on offer at Bacchus. Before overspending at Bacchus, try Odd Duck.
We have eaten in many fine dining restaurants and our meal at Bacchus was very near the top. The service was excellent, the room beautiful and the food superb. And to top it off, a bargain. We will be there again and will be trying all the Bartolotta restaurants. One of the most enjoyable meals we have ever had, and I am very picky.
