Lovely first experience at Bacchus. We felt bad for the staff—understaffed, wedding in the event space, no sommelier, and only one bartender. The quality of our food was superb! We loved it.
The food was good but for the price it should have been outstanding. Wine pairing was also very expensive. I got at most 1.5 glasses of wine for $35. On the menu most of the wines were about $13 per glass so would have been much cheaper just ordering 2 glasses of wine off the menu

Very nice dinner and atmosphere. The tenderloin medallions were delicious.
the people and service were great. the fixed menu not to our liking. if the items on the menu had been listed as seperately orderable it would have been great. with the exception of the short rib which was mostly fat the food was great.

We did the 5 course tasting menu and wine pairing, and it was absolutely delicious. My only feedback is that I wish the portion sizers were slightly larger. We were welcomed and immediately it was noted by the staff that we were there to celebrate a birthday. Service was great to begin the meal, but by the time we were on our third to fourth course, we hardly saw the server and there was a quite a lag between when we received the bill and when someone finally came by to complete the payment.
