This is a great spot for a special meal. Staff pay attention to the little details and each item is teriifically delicious. Highly recommend.
It was a snowy night in Milwaukee, one of the first of the season, so it was noticeably quiet. I have to say that it is not my favorite. I LOVE Bartolotta restaurants, but not Bacchus. It may be a great find for a real foodie, as the food is too fancy and expensive for my taste. I'd much rather be at Lake Park Bistro!
What a fabulous evening we had! The flavors were excellent. Loved the treatment of the brussel sprouts & the sorbets were divine...everything was spectacular.
Our server had difficulty with our checks; multiple errors. Charges for items not ordered, no discounts for our UPAF Cards, double charges for 1 item.
Amazing birthday dinner. 6 course meal was absolutely incredible. Pasta, octopus, scallops and steak were the best ever. Chef even came out at the end of the serving to chat. Servers did a fantastic job describing each course. Can’t wait to come back and also try some of the other restaurants that are part of the group.
The choice of music was perplexing. Didn't really fit with the ambiance or clientele.

Overall, a nice experience in the new Bacchus The issue was 4 people at a rectangular booth table... this made it difficult to have an intimate conversation...
The food was fantastic. The prices were high, which is fine in an upscale restaurant, but for some reason Bacchus no longer feels upscale. They were playing alt-rock music, which I enjoy, but not at a fancy restaurant, and atmosphere seemed much more casual than it used to be.
