Everything about rental was outstanding from the vehicle to the staff . We will definitely be doing this again next time in estes

We had a great time, the E-bike rental was so much fun. Backbone Adv. was more interested in us having fun than being back exactly on time. We came back a little late and they had ice cream waiting for us. Will definitely be back to ride E-bikes again.

You explained everything very well before we started. The equipment worked perfectly. The only thing I would suggest is to offer some kind of an app to help bikers navigate the trails. Sometimes we weren’t sure which way to go.

My family rented E-bikes from Backbone, it was a spur of the moment rental. I wasn't sure what to expect since we had never ridden an E'bike before. It was so much fun! and a wonderful ride around Estes Park. The bikes were in great condition, and the instructions were spot on. A couple of years ago we rented a side by side from Backbone. That was an amazing experience as well!
