Great customer service, machine ran flawlessly, and the trailering vehicle (tho a little dirty) was just fine! For constructive criticism I’d suggest Backbone to create and provide better detailed printed maps to get to the trail(s). As most folks are out-of-towners I’m sure it’d be very helpful to do this. Otherwise, I can’t wait to get back to rent again and do the full day Switzerland Trail…..

Staff was helpful and informative, machine was in good working order and clean, and trip was scenic and enjoyable. One recommendation would be to provide a large storage box to transport clothes, snacks, etc. on the trip. A small cooler was provided.

The instructions were straightforward and quick, and my husband, daughter and I enjoyed our ride. Our daughter (10mo) ended up being a little small for the trailer seat, but it would be perfect for an older child.

We were in town for a destination wedding and we decided to do something different. We rented the side by side ATV from you at the Johnny Park trails. What a blast! The only downside was that there were quite a few clouds that restricted some of our view. The ATV was in top notch condition and the people from your company couldn't have been nicer or more informative. There were 3 ATV's in our group and we all said we would do this again in a heartbeat! Thanks again for an incredible experience!!
