About Backbone Adventures We are locally / family owned and operated. I'd say our most popular activity are the ATV Rentals. We have single rider ATV's (quads), 2, 4, and 6 seater UTV. ATV's provide a means of moving a little faster and get the adrenaline pumping a bit. The Jeep Rentals are fun in a different way. For one, you're out of the weather. We had a blast with our Jeep rental from Backbone Adventures! It was certainly a highlight of our trip. The YouTube videos and employee trail recommendations were greatly appreciated. Also, the provided GPS was a big help in getting us to and from the trailheads. We had plenty of time to go down the Pierson Park trail and back and then down the Johnny Park trail. We would definitely do it again and go explore some of the other trails. Thanks for the memories!
We rented a Jeep from Backbone Adventures while we were on Vacation in Estes Park, Co. We took it to one of the Mountain Trials that they recommended and had a great adventure. It was the high light of our trip. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend this Company!
Had a great time, super easy to book an atv trail and then get out on the trail.
Very friendly service. We rented 2 e-bike, after clear instructions and directions we were on our way ro an amazing ride through Estes Park. Great ride, amazing views and really fun .
Great customer service, machine ran flawlessly, and the trailering vehicle (tho a little dirty) was just fine! For constructive criticism I’d suggest Backbone to create and provide better detailed printed maps to get to the trail(s). As most folks are out-of-towners I’m sure it’d be very helpful to do this. Otherwise, I can’t wait to get back to rent again and do the full day Switzerland Trail…..

Staff was helpful and informative, machine was in good working order and clean, and trip was scenic and enjoyable. One recommendation would be to provide a large storage box to transport clothes, snacks, etc. on the trip. A small cooler was provided.
