I booked a table for Fathers day and we were all pleasantly surprised. The setting gave a warm and spacious feel, the use of different mood lighting as the evening went on was a really nice touch. The food was very enjoyable and there was a great choice for everyone and the cost was very reasonable, I would highly recommend.
Excellent dining experience! Fish and chips were outstanding…so very light, but crispy. Steak and haggis pie was very well cooked and taste was perfect. When waitstaff noticed my coat around my shoulders, they asked if the air con was blowing on me and adjusted it since it was a cool evening. Amazing setting, great ambiance (not too noisy and felt relaxing). Delicious food and really great cocktails
We had a meat pie and Sunday roast. Both meals were served hot and delicious. Veggies were served perfectly as well as the meat. We were both very satisfied with our meal. We recommend this place and would dine here again.

Good good and really excellent ambience in Kenneth Grahame’s home with Wind in the Willows theme. With a little more effort like a themed kids menu and themed activity craft or coloring for kids- could really be an excellent day experience for families. Currently a missed opportunity
We had a large party of 8. Service was wonderful, food was excellent, ambience was perfect. We will definitely be back when we find ourselves in Edinburgh.
Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Sicherlich nicht das billigste Restaurant aber die Qualität sprach für sich. Die Bedienung war hervorragend und ein kleiner Fehler bei den Getränken war schnell behoben. Danke und gern wieder.
