First contacted bail hotline regarding some questions about the process since it was my first time and the representative was very helpful (didn’t catch the first contacts name). Jason called me back later in the day and at this point I had been working with another bail bonds company who had been contacted by the inmate, but the other bailbond company took a while to post the bail and I was growing impatient to get them out of jail. It was a very long and confusing process yes. Then I gotta call today July the 20th telling me about all my payments when I had already got the payments the day of getting Jeremiah out 5 people calling me telling me about my payment we already know when the payments are due. Thank you very much
