OMG !!!!! I was so distressed over my BF getting arrested for a DUI and Bail hotline actually got me through this tough situation. So these guys were great when writing up a $300,000 bond , were great while I was paying the bond for four years but when times got tough after not missing a single payment in all that time...did they even attempt to work with us ..mind you we were only LATE ..on one payment ..NO...they are garbage alls they had to offer was threats..NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE DONT USE THEM...THEY ARENT THERE TO HELP..ONLY TO EXPLOIT

I am dealing with these guys as we speak and it has been 7 hours since I paid them and completed all paperwork. These guys will take their sweet time once they collect your money and will hang up in your face and act as if your being annoying while your loved one is in jail suffering.

Had the most pleasant experience dealing w Mrs.Dakota I believe her name was then was very disappointed w the financial dpt who called to give me a courtesy reminder for a payment they were rude disrespectful when asked there name and to speak to a manager kept getting hung up on ...not to mention them arguing w me about my priorities I was given a first name when I called for soMeone I spoke w then when I called back after Being hung up on again I was told no one w the name they gave me even is working ...unbelievable who d... read more

I've been calling this company to get my deposit back since they never showed up and I had to use a different company. They keep transferring me and telling me to call back for two days now. They stole my money. I will be reporting them to BBB for theft.

Long story short so you know before you go here! This has been the second time dealing with these guys. First time around they were so difficult and all about the money not even worried about helping you in the situation you are in. Tristen was very rude even had the nerve to ask me "do you have the entire bail amount? If so you wouldn't need us" very rude! Normally I handle situations a certain way but I had to keep cool.
