It never ends with this place. Used them previously with nothing but problems now i find out one of their agents down south stole my credit card information and made a bunch of unauthorized purchases. The piece of shit in my case is someone named Ronnie Roman. The only connection i have to this person is he works for a company that took and kept a photocopy of my CDL and credit card. Do NOT use them. Biggest scammers. I had to bail someone out. They did NOT tell me I needed an attorney RIGHT WAY to get the 8% premium - meaning I would have saved $700.00. I hired an attorney right after I posted and they would not honor. All the other "reputable" bond companies honor up to 30 days. This company is a bunch of sharks. Please go somewhere else and not have to deal with the numerous calls I made - they made not return calls to me - and trips to their office in Martinez.

I have a sad review regarding the customer service and compassion of this team. On 4/3/15,' I posted bail for a friend at 10am. I called several times that day and asked for status reports, I was told they were gathering paperwork for several clients who needed the same service, so not to worry they would be on their way any minute. They never went to post bail, in fact by 11pm, (13hours later) they had not gone to post his $5k bond so he could be released.
