So many of us are going through financial hardship and he was understanding and willing to work with me in helping out a family member. He helped ease my stress. In one the worst spots in my life, Hotline was there for me. They came thru in a quickness. They made the bail process quick and easy. The office is open on Sunday's and located right off the 5 freeway making it super convenient. Theses guys are PRO's at what they do. Highly recommend! Don't go anywhere else!

I don't write many yelp reviews but this company deserves one. Last night I had to bail a friend out of jail and was referred to Bail Hotline by another friend. I spoke with Robert who was so quick and helpful that we had a bond set within 45 minutes and he made sure that I could afford and wouldn't over commit on payments by setting up a payment plan. Bail hotline is one of the best bond agencys around. Their staff is great, always friendly, and very helpful. More specifically James here in Santa Ana. He was very on top of everything and helped me when my mom got into some trouble. He broke everything down, step by step, and made it very easy to understand. He worked throughout the night and she was out by the morning. Thank you so much James and bail hotline! Will definitely be giving him a call again!
