DISLOYAL & DISHONEST!!! I was in a program & missed court due to my attendence in the program. went to court to take care of my warrants and they said I needed a bail reinstatement letter from the Bail company but that everything is good. It's the people in the payments department that bring the company down. Very very rude and unprofessional. You are NOT better than anybody else so theres no need to talk or act like you are. You should be replaced with kind compassionate people. That's the honest truth. Other than that, was treated very well by others.

My wife was arrested for some misdemeanor warrants. I contacted Bail Hotline to get her out. Gave them $250 and signed papers. Two hours later they called and asked for another $250. When I brought it in they said nothing about signing new papers. I expressed to them that I wanted her Bail posted in time for her to be out the same day because she had court the next day. I never write reviews im only writing this in hopes to save someone from choosing the worst bail place they could. Absolute WORST bail bonds place ever. I am disgusted at the lack of respect these people have! I have never experienced such horrible service. Warning! Do not come here they just want your money! Friendly and helpful staff, always answer the phones, and appear to handle every call with top notch service. While no one wants to hire a bail bonds company, shit happens. These guys take care of business, and quick! If I were to ever recommend anyone, this is the only one I would speak of. In my time of need, all the other companies made things difficult. All the employees here helped me get out, and they were affordable! If you find yourself getting locked up at some point, memorize Bail Hotline Bail Bonds phone number.

Bail Hotline rocks! Well they used to anyways. As a returning customer-- 5th time bailing out my buddies who can't seem to stay out of trouble this year-- they were unable to help me post a 60k bond. Over the weeks of my friend rotting away in jail, bail eventually was reduced to 16k. I was always allowed to post bail with little or no down payment up to this point (even 1%!!) Omg we're do I start ! This company is all on there own page don't work together no one knows what's going I've left number with Melissa , Ivan, Albert and still I get no call backs with updates or missing info that's needed come to find out they didn't even have my correct number my love one was expected to be out Monday it's now Tuesday and the applicants still have not even received there email to sign and return which that also I've given more than enough times. Waste of time
