I've had a great experience with them. Christian has been the best. I called today and was trying to ask a question regarding my app changes and check in. The girl that answered the phone was not understanding my question multiple times when trying to explain. She could have easily looked up my account and got a better understanding of what I was trying to talk about. They genuinely do not try to help you or negotiate nor do they take any time to try to ACTUALLY HELP YOU. They did not even call me back when they said they would and when I did call, the man did not even try to help AT ALL. I tried ignoring the reviews and try out the service for myself, but honestly pay attention to reviews! They will save you time. They clearly don't go far and beyong to help their customers.
Too high of a Down payment is always the case. I've gone with Aladdin 3x in the last few months for family members and bail hotline wouldn't budge on 1000 down on a 20000 bond TOO MUCH!
Horrible company to do business with, all they care about or want is your money. They don't really care about the difficult situation you are in. Be sure to ask a lot of questions and don't let them convince you with scare tactics.
Im on bail. Signed a contract to pay this amount by this date and obligation was good . a tear later from a different county then where i actually bailed from, i call to check in about work and i start getting threats due to me not laying and all my co signers were called , but they werent called, and proceeded to say things like u dont listen do you Omar? Steven Ortiz the bondsman was absolutely great. He was really helpful and and easy to work with. Offering me great discounts. The second half when making payments was another story all together. They refuse to let me speak to my bondsman the financial woman was combative disrespectful childlike and a total joke. For that reason alone I will never use this company again. I've always heard decent things about this bail bond company so we needed help last minute & decided to try them.. I called around 3:15AM filled out paperwork made a payment never heard a word from them until I had to continuously call them hours later.. the bond was FINALLY made at 3:30PM that afternoon as apparently they had 1 person working for both LA/OC county... bond posted at 3:30 then my fiancé was not even then released until 1:30AM the next day.. it took them over 12 hours to go place the bond after we paid & paper... read more
