Very helpful with drug dispensary. Brought the right dose multiple times each day when I was not available to monitor. The food was great. Nice variety as well as quality. Took care of laundry weekly but access to washers/dryers was always there if needed. Some of the help worked harder at not working than they did at being helpful. This was not universal but more than an isolated problem.
What we liked the most about Bailey Point was that the people were very nice and easy to work with. We would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones
Bailey Pointe at Roxbury Park is a wonderful assisted living facility. They have an excellent, kind, and caring staff. The food in the community dining room is amazing. The apartment is just the right size. The pricing is competitive. Overall we were happy there. Unfortunately a higher level of care is now required and we must move.
My mom absolutely loved it here. The staff were exceptional and the food was excellent. It is a very nice facility, everything is clean, they did her laundry, cleaned her apartment, etc. Staff were always available and great with communication to the family. It is pricey but totally worth it, it is a top notch place. If she could come back here we would move her back in a heartbeat, she just needed more extensive care. This is closer to skilled nursing than it is to assisted living. There is not much for the residents to do. They do not have many activities for the residents. The people in the office are friendly but could be more organized and the staff that work the floor are friendly.
My father in law was there for only a few weeks unfortunately. While he was there he, and our whole family, was treated with respect and unfailingly pleasant employees.
The Waterford at Roxbury Park is not able to provide the care that my wife needs. They sometimes do not respond in a timely manner when my wife needs assistance. I was not able to bring in my own nursing care for my wife because they stated it was a liability. I feel their main concern is profit, not the quality of care being provided. We are happy with the care at this community. The staff are very helpful and nice. they offer a good variety of meals that are appealing. The activities are offer to the residents who want to participate. The physical therepy is very good. We would recommend this community to families seeking a good communty for care and value .
This community has great staff that are attentive and communicate very well. My mother loves the meals and participating in the bingo activity. I would recommend The Waterford at Roxbury Park to family and friends. They are renovating the place right now and will be an updated community.
