This gym has what you need if you lift or want to do various cardio routines. They offer some really good classes and whenever I am in town this is the place for me to workout. The staff is friendly and the facility is very clean. The equipment is well maintained and in working order.

I'm reading these reviews and am surprised. My daughters go to school down here so we get guests passes. The equipment is awesome. The management is friendly and actually remembered us after the first visit. I wish my gym at home was this clean and well equipped!

I've been in a gym since before I had a drivers license, and Bailey's in Brunswick, GA is as good as it gets. Thanks to the new renovations, there truly is something here for everyone. Merrick and the rest of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the customer service is unparalleled. The manager, Charles, runs an upbeat and efficient gym and will make you feel welcome whether you were raised in a gym or it is your first time through the doors.

I love Bailey's. ..they have the most courteous staff! The renovations have transformed the entire location into a state of the art gym, not to mention the great new look of the facility. I utilize both the gym and the top notch tanning equipment. I could not be happier!

So here is the thing, yes, they put you into a contract and yes, they need some work BUT the changes I have seen at this gym in the last month have been insane. They have literally gone from a gym with basic equipment (and old at that) to double the size, all new equipment and more out of the box training options (sleds, TRX, ropes, etc). I am new to the area, and am only staying a short time.. so it works for me. Best gym so far that I have seen in the area, and that includes the island. At least give them a chance. I have been a member for years and nothing has changed. I left for a year and resigned up thinking it was better. The issues have been ongoing and not addressed. The Hole in the ceiling has been for months and the ladies bathroom 2 stales have been taped up with yellow Do Not Enter like a crime scene also for months. They charge members $59 for upkeep of the gym annually with these condition? The hole is massive and unsafe. Management can not give you a time frame of when these issues will be addressed. I rejoined this gym and I enjoy working out but when you are late for a class they charge a $2 fee per classes and will not give you a grace period because they are to lazy to do the work. I don't appreciate being robbed. When I signed up I wasn't told of this also they gym if nasty trash everywhere in ladies locker room. Staff never wipe down machines they seem to just leave that up to members. District managers who care should periodically come down on all shifts and see this. I'm disappointed
