I never expected Dr. krauss to be so responsive to a patient. . Thereās a big difference between being treated like a guest instead of treated like a ā patient.ā Dr. krauss engaged me in a caring conversation , even tho he had other services to attend to. He is an amazing human being and I am looking forward to my next appointment, without the usual anxiety about ā going to the dentist.āĀ
I have a smile now that I have wanted for years. A few years ago, someone had made the comment that I had horse teeth. They were big and they stuck out. I couldnāt close my mouth without making a conscious effort to do so. My gums were in bad shape because I didnāt want to go to the dentist because that meant I was submitting to hours of pain. First may I say I am NOT one to write reviews however I feel it is necessary to provide a review for Bakersfield Smile Design and Dr. Krauss. (After my initial consultation, I knew I would write one.) I am in the middle of having major dental work done which includes dental implants both on the top and bottom of my mouth.
