The doctor and staff make you feel comfortable. I had an implant and two crowns today. I DID NOT FEEL ONE THING!! NO PAIN!!! Dr. Krauss is thorough, very intelligent, has a great bedside manner, and is very professional. His staff are very genuine, gentle, professional, happy, and friendly.
