The doctor and staff make you feel comfortable. I had an implant and two crowns today. I DID NOT FEEL ONE THING!! NO PAIN!!! Dr. Krauss is thorough, very intelligent, has a great bedside manner, and is very professional. His staff are very genuine, gentle, professional, happy, and friendly. They are HONESTLY concerned about your wellbeing and if you are comfortable. I had A LOT of anxiety about today..... only because I have not had work done in years. VENEERS: So I’m halfway done in the process of getting a full set of upper and lower veneers to improve my smile. This place has worked with me for so many hours their level of patience is just amazing. Today is day one after temporary teeth put in. Yesterday, while sitting in that chair I felt like I was in a very well rehearsed play. Everyone knew their roles and placement exactly. The whole team is professional and down to earth at the same time. Good people.
