RecommendedThis Spa is amazing. The staff are extremely well trained. The place itself is a joy to walk into. Spotlessly clean and the atmosphere was wonderful. I felt so relaxed and welcome. I just had the BEST massage today.
I have been going to balance spa for years. I can't always book in advance so I go to whoever is available for a massage. I have always had a great experience and no matter who I go to an amazing massage. I now have to have massages because I am older and my body has taken a bit of a beating with my career and life. Most relaxing massage I’ve had in a long time, Kim was amazing.
I had my first facial from Natalie. It was wonderful and much more than just a facial. The spa is beautiful and relaxing. I will definitely go back and probably try a massage.
