I love Balance Spa and have been using the services for 10 years. The ambiance is so relaxing and inviting the minute you walk in the door. The staff is wonderful from those working on the front desk to the technicians providing facials and massage. My family makes fun of me after a Balance Spa experience- they say I’m so mellow. I called for an appointment for a massage because I was having neck & hip pain. I was able to get in the next day with SANDY. She did a GREAT JOB! I left feeling relaxed & so much better! I was there last year & saw AMY. I was well pleased with her also! The young ladies at the reception desk were very friendly & helpful! I will definitely go back there when I’m in Tewksbury again!
