RecommendedI went to Balance last night for a facial and it was honestly so nice to be back. They are taking the necessary precautions and safety measures needed. I witnessed them constantly wiping door handles, key pads and counters. They all had masks, shields and gloves on. Hand sanitizer was installed in every room. It was nice to catch up with Lane. I have been seeing her every month for the last 5 years or so. I look forward to our time. She is good for my soul.

RecommendedI love Balance Spa and have been using the services for 10 years. The ambiance is so relaxing and inviting the minute you walk in the door. The staff is wonderful from those working on the front desk to the technicians providing facials and massage. My family makes fun of me after a Balance Spa experience- they say I’m so mellow. RecommendedI called for an appointment for a massage because I was having neck & hip pain. I was able to get in the next day with SANDY. She did a GREAT JOB! I left feeling relaxed & so much better! I was there last year & saw AMY. I was well pleased with her also! The young ladies at the reception desk were very friendly & helpful! I will definitely go back there when I’m in Tewksbury again!
