My wife and I went for a couple’s massage on 9/8 for our anniversary.. The experience was amazing from the moment we walked in, until the moment we walked out.. The women at the front desk greeted us with the utmost friendliness and escorted us to the waiting area. Emily was my therapist.. I have been going to Balance Spa for years now and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From massages to facials to manicures and pedicures, it's all amazing. The spa itself is a tranquil place where you feel pampered and cared for. They're always coming up with new treatments (try the cupping massage!) and their seasonal specials keep things interesting and fresh. Love it!
