5's all around. The atmosphere, the set up, decor were all on point. My first time here for a little girls day and the staff was friendly and accommodating in every way. My nail technician, Diane, was wonderful and so friendly. I come from 10 years of spa experience and I can say without a shadow of a doubt Balance Spa is doing it right! Thank you ladies for making our day enjoyable!

The balance spa is always an excellent place to go and spend some relaxation time. We have been going there for years (since 2001 to be exact) and no other place can even come close to the atmosphere and the quality of the massage.
I always leave there so relaxed! Amy May is AMAZING!

This is the BEST SPA you will ever go to... I live in Maine my sister recommended this Spa and now I travel to Tewksbury, MA 3 or more times a year because they are worth it. Very relaxing and the people are extremely professional! I am looking forward to my next visit!
