This place is amazing. The people are professional, well trained, and friendly. The facility is well designed for a peaceful experience. The waiting area is very comfortable and has some beverages. The rooms are nicely designed. I've had several of the services and am extremely pleased.

The staff are unbelievable nice. I was so happy the way I walk out the there. They always ask if you need anything. I felt so comfortable. I can’t wait to book another service there!!

We spent a few hours at Balance yesterday celebrating a birthday. The facility was wonderful. Our experience was great. I had a 30 minute reiki session with Jenna and a facial with Linh. They were amazing and informative. I will be scheduling another appointment soon.

Went for my first prenatal massage...I didn’t feel as pregnant afterword because I wasn’t in pain! I couldn’t rebook fast enough! Worth every penny- thank you Jenn !! 😇

I love this place. Been coming here a long time. Very clean and everyone is super friendly. Always get a great pedi whether it’s a one of their monthly special pedicures or a quick spa pedi. Online booking and text specials are great.
