I typically go to the Balance Spa specifically for Reiki treatments, which I highly recommend. But, not only was the (rare) massage I treated myself to this past weekend both relaxing AND invigorating, the medical issues in that target area that I've been dealing with/been kept awake at night from (and seeing doctors for) over the past month, have vanished!!
