I went for an exam on Friday with my 3 year-old and 5 month-old in tow. Dr. Ballard and his staff went out of their to make it easier for me by playing and talking with my kids during the exam. One of the staff even held my baby while I helped my toddler in the bathroom. They went above and beyond and for that definitely earned 5 stars from me!
