Everyone at Ballard is extremely nice and super helpful. We had a little trouble with my sunglasses frames and Carol and Cindy have bent over backwards in order to make things right and get them fitting correctly--and I've been a pest. Thanks so much Dr. Ballard and staff for a lovely experience.
