I went for an exam on Friday with my 3 year-old and 5 month-old in tow. Dr. Ballard and his staff went out of their to make it easier for me by playing and talking with my kids during the exam. One of the staff even held my baby while I helped my toddler in the bathroom. They went above and beyond and for that definitely earned 5 stars from me!

RecommendedEveryone at Ballard is extremely nice and super helpful. We had a little trouble with my sunglasses frames and Carol and Cindy have bent over backwards in order to make things right and get them fitting correctly--and I've been a pest. Thanks so much Dr. Ballard and staff for a lovely experience.
