Quite possibly the best optometrist in the universe. We've been going to Ballard for a number of years and every time it's a great experience. Dr. Ballard and the whole Staff are funny, patient, knowledgable. They spend time with you to make sure you're happy, they make you feel special! We moved about 30 minutes away and that does not deter me. I have a very very high prescription and Dr. Ballard is the ONLY one that has ever gotten my vision to 20/20 in contacts AND glasses.
