We are thrilled to have switched to BAMS credit card processing in March 2021. Bank Associates Merchant Services saved our company a substantial amount of money on our first two months statements. We were shocked to see how much savings this will amount to in a year. Ashley made the process easy and has provided exceptional customer service. I was apprehensive to switch, but Ashley made it very easy and understandable. I highly recommend making the switch to BAMS to save money and obtain excellent customer service.

We switched to Bank Associates Merchant Services in December 2020. After four months we have thus far seen greater cost savings than they estimated. Customer service has been great. Our account representative has been proactive by following up periodically to make sure we are satisfied with their services. I've been working with Ashley at BAMS for over 6 months now. Credit card processing is my least favorite part of running a business. They make it easy. I've saved a good amount of money using them. Communication has been great. I'm always worried about being passed around from rep to rep like some other company's but so far I've had one person in charge of my account. I'm glad I made the switch.

Our company switched to BAMS in June 2020. We have been extremely happy with the upgrade to our credit card processing service. Ashley has been an EXCELLENT, knowledgeable, VERY responsive customer service team member. We would highly recommend BAMS for cost effective credit card processing. Ask for Ashley! I am SO happy with BAMS. Before finding BAMS, we used a credit card processing system through our bank. The fees were outrageous and the customer service was abysmal. I was never able to accurately match credit card charges on our CRM system with what was deposited the following day. Everything changed when we switched to BAMS. Ashley and the rest of the team at BAMS made this a seamless process and even better yet everything that they demonstrated from the cost savings side has come to fruition. I was very skeptical at first when they told me about the savings I would receive by switching to their service. Now after 3 months of service, everything is as they said. No hidden fees, no surprises and great customer service.
