BAMS, and our account manager ***********************, have delivered on the lower transaction rates and improved customer service that they promised up front. Frankly, they leave me wondering "where have they been all these years?". I'd highly recommend BAMS to anyone interested in improving their merchant card processing program.

Switching to BAMS was one the best business decisions we've ever made. Our fees have literally been cut in half and the customer service is Outstanding. ******* our account representative is extremely helpful and easy to deal with. They were referred to us from a 3rd party who also raved about their services and I have referred them to our customers as well.. We wanted to move away from our previous merchant services because they charged a flat fee and we knew we were paying way too much in fees, but after I started getting pricing from various merchant service providers, we had various delays from our end including the Pandemic. I received a cold call from ****** at bams and although i never engage in these types of call, i listened to her. she claimed she would be able to save my company a lot of money on my merchant services fees. after a review of my statements and another conversation, the monthly savings she claimed are substantial. i like her professionalism and her follow-through and so i decided to move my account. this was a complicated process but she handled it all and we were up and running relatively quickly. i have two different mercha... read more
